MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT:
Trans Lifeline Hotline:
Trans Lifeline’s Hotline is a peer support phone service run by trans people for our trans and questioning peers. We believe that some of the best support that trans people can receive is from trans community members with shared lived experience.

There are a number of social and support groups in the Niagara region. While some of their programming may be limited due to COVID-19 restrictions, they are still running activities. Reach out to them and connect.
