Avenue Q is an award-winning musical, which is part flesh, part felt, and packed with heart.
This musical comedy features singing puppets and their human neighbours tackling life’s most vexing issues – including racism, sexism, homophobia, financial stress, and love. The place is New York City, and the street is Avenue Q, the only address you can afford when you’re fresh out of college, or out of a job, or just trying to find your purpose in life.
Filled with laugh-out-loud humour, a delightfully catchy score, and hand-crafted puppets, Avenue Q is a truly unique show that has quickly become a favorite for audiences everywhere. Although the show addresses humorous adult issues, it is similar to a beloved children’s show; a place where puppets are friends, Monsters are good and life lessons are learned.
